Stage 1
Join slashed rosemary, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in a little bowl. Sprinkle spice combination uniformly over sheep; tenderly rub over sheep.
Stage 2
Heat an enormous skillet over medium-high intensity. Add oil to container; twirl to cover. Add sheep; cook 3 minutes on each side or until wanted level of doneness. Eliminate sheep from container; let stand 5 minutes.
